Management Team

Lance McLean is the President of the company. He founded Streamsol in 1997 and has since grown the firm to become one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices in the United States. He has over 20 years experience in the sales force automation industry and is often a guest speaker at Microsoft events around the world. While responsible for the overall performance and business strategy of the company, Lance spends a majority of his time selling and interacting with customers.

Desigan Reddi is the Chief Technology Officer. He started at Streamsol in 2004 and brings 15 years of experience in advanced infrastructure and hosted solutions. Desigan is responsible for technology strategy of the company and maintains a very close relationship with product team at Microsoft.

Yan Sun is the Chief Operating Officer. With Streamsol since its inception, Yan has developed our internal processes and continues to foster our customer and vendor relationships. She is currently responsible for the management of human resources, vendor relations, and the financial results of the firm.

Michael Tao is the Director of Technology Services. He joined Streamsol in 2004. Michael is responsible for the delivery of Streamsol’s services. He works closely with clients, prospects, and partner vendors to provide a comprehensive services solution. He is a Microsoft certified professional and holds multiple Microsoft certifications.

Thaveshan Reddi is the Director of Development Services. Born and raised on Visual Studio, Thave manages a team of .Net developers responsible for our xRM business. He has been developing applications for over 15 years, with current focus on the Microsoft framework and developing new solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Paul Gonzalez is the Director of Customer Services. He is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations and monitoring the network infrastructure at client sites. Paul is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds multiple certifications. He has been with Streamsol since 2005.

Kiet Huynh is the Director of Infrastructure. With Streamsol since 2008, Kiet oversees the company’s data center operations and internal infrastructure. Kiet is a Microsoft and Cisco certified engineer.
