Lance McLean is the president of the company. He founded Streamline Solutions in 1997 and has since grown the firm to become one of the leading Microsoft CRM consultancies in the U.S. today. He has over 15 years experience in sales force automation. Lance has been and is frequently interviewed and published in articles and is a frequent speaker at Microsoft industry events.

Desigan Reddi is the chief technology officer. He started at Streamline Solutions in 2004 and brings 10 years of experience in advanced infrastructure and hosted solutions. Desigan has spent the last few years working closely with Microsoft on the Microsoft CRM 3.0 and 4.0 products focusing on hosting and high availability.

Michael Tao is the director of technology services. He joined Streamline Solutions in 2004. Michael is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the network infrastructure. He works closely with clients, prospects, and partner vendors to provide a comprehensive services solution. He is a Microsoft certified professional and holds multiple Microsoft certifications.

Thaveshan Reddi is the director of development services. Thave has been working with Microsoft CRM for over 2 years, customizing and designing custom solutions. He has been developing applications for over 10 years, with current focus on the Microsoft framework and developing new solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Paul Gonzalez is the director of customer services. He is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations and monitoring the network infrastructure at client sites. Paul is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds multiple certifications. He has been with Streamline Solutions since 2005.

Yan Sun is the office manager. With Streamline since its inception, Yan has helped develop our internal processes and continues to foster our customer and vendor relationships. She is currently responsible for the management of human resources, vendor relations, and the financial results of the firm.
